Outbreak is a hip hop festival that was established in 2003 in Florida, USA. Ever since, Outbreak has been bringing back the true essence of hip hop thru putting all four hip hop elements together, respecting and carrying on the traditions of the hip hop culture. As last year, bboys & bgirls will enjoy besides cyphers, graffiti jam, and the city itself, competitions with 10,000 Euros worth of cash and prizes.
